i. There is no return once your item is shipped.
ii. Return will be processed only if:
iii. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession, the product is not different from what was shipped to you.
iv. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
v. The return is accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery.
In case of Prepaid Order, the customer will not get any confirmation call and the product will be shipped automatically. In the case of Cash on Delivery, Once a order is placed the customer will get a verification call from the executive for the confirmation of the order.
Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled . There may be a delay in delivery of one or two days from the estimated date based on the availability of the item.
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3-4 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
