Returns 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@autosparz.in. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@autosparz.in. We will let you know the return address and instructions on how to return your item.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, send us an email at support@autosparz.in. We will let you know the return address and instructions on how to return your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over Rs 499 or above, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Use of the Platform and the features therein is governed by the following terms and conditions including applicable policies available on the Platform, notifications and communications sent to seller, which is incorporated herein by way of reference. To transact on the Platform, seller shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such a transaction. By mere use of the Platform seller shall be contracting with Autosparz and Serviz India Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Autosparz”), and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations to Autosparz.

Seller Enrolment:

To begin the enrolment process, seller must complete the registration process. As part of the application, you must provide us with your (or your business's) legal name, address, phone number, e-mail address and applicable tax registration details. We may at any time cease providing any or all the Services at our sole discretion and without notice.

Technician Enrolment:

To begin the enrolment process, technician must complete the registration process. As part of the application, you must provide us with your legal name, address, phone number, email address and select the option which you are specialist for fitment. We may at any time cease providing any or all the Services at our sole discretion and without notice.

Seller and Technician’s Eligibility:

The use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a seller on the Platform, transact or use the Platform. Autosparz reserves the right to terminate your registration and/or refuse you access to the Platform if it is brought to Autosparz’s notice or discovered that you are under the age of 18 years. If you register as a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept the Terms of Use and you have the authority to bind the business entity to the Terms of Use.

Sellers After Registration:

Once the registration part is complete, Autosparz will review your application. If you are eligible you will receive an email. In that email the link will be sent to you with login details and password. Using the login details you can sign in to the Dashboard. In the portal you will find the Your profile to update Address, Bank details and etc… Once these details are updated you can start adding the products in the Add Products section. We will send you a demo video of how to use the Dashboard.

Technicians After Registration:

Once the registration part is complete, Autosparz will review your application. If you are eligible you will get a call from our support team for further details. Over the phone if we able to meet the requirements then you will be added in the broadcast. You will get notified for installation job at the customer’s end.

Your Account and Registration Obligations:

During use of the Platform, you agree to furnish your details and information as requested by us from time to time. You shall remain responsible for maintaining confidentiality of this information, as well as your display name, login and password details. You agree that if you provide any information which is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not in accordance with the TOU, we shall have the right to suspend or terminate your account on the Platform or indefinitely block you from accessing the Platform.

Communications:

When you use the Platform or send emails, other data, information, or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email, telephonically or any other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

Customer Dispute Resolution for Technician:

Provided herein is the list of the disputes that may arise during the installation process for which Technician will be accountable. Technician should not get involved in any collusion activity with the customer. If Technician is caught indulging in such malpractices, Autosparz may take legal action and levy penalties as deemed suitable by Autosparz.
